Our restaurant is renowned for the specialties crafted by Chef Iustin Mazarache. Hailing from the Banat region, he has brought the flavors of German and Northern Italian cuisine to Șimon Bran, while still cooking with the same passion for traditional Romanian dishes.

You can enjoy your meal in our designated smoking or non-smoking dining rooms, or if you prefer to dine al fresco, you can opt for our shaded terrace. All 40 seats on the terrace are situated close to the Șimon River, providing a unique opportunity to relax amidst nature and the soothing sounds of flowing water.

The restaurant is open daily on weekends and during tourist seasons, but with a quick phone call, you can visit us any day. For special events like anniversaries, engagement parties, intimate baptisms, and more, we prepare exceptional menus that leave a lasting impression on guests, ensuring they depart with wonderful memories and a desire to return.
